Keizer 5K
Here's a pic of me with my personal trainers, Kathi and Lyn, at my first 5K. I was successful in completing the race without coming in last in my age group! Kathi and Lyn were on FIRE! They ran it in 24:36, with Kathi coming in third in her age group and Lyn fifth in our age group. These women are my heroes. And to top it all off, I won a T-shirt. Now what could be better?
